Would You Like to Learn How to Change Your PC's Desktop from Boring to AWESOME!!! FOR FREE!!!7/19/2011 Article by Erick Schonfeld Yesterday, Microsoft showed off Windows 8 for the first time, and it’s gorgeous (check it out in the video above). It’s also the biggest change to the look and feel of Windows since Windows 95. Windows 8 is all designed around a touch interface, with tiles replacing icons and swiping replacing drag-’n-drop. Instead of a Start button that pops up at the lower lefthand corner of your screen, you are greeted with a grid of tiles as the new Start screen. The tiles also function as mini-apps, displaying realtime information and updates which might spur someone to launch an app. You can switch quickly between running apps with a flick from the side panel. And these apps can be written in HTML5 and Javascript just like Web apps. I had to share this hilarious clip a friend of mine showed me today, lol. I will suggest that you use a bit of caution because of the adult language used in it. But all & all, this video does a great job of comparing the Android Mobile phones with the all too famous (and a bit overrated if you ask me) iPhone.
Watch as I demonstrate how to secure your Android cell phone by setting up its security code. One of the easiest security features on these phones to access is the Screen-Pattern! I prefer the Screen-Pattern feature over using a PIN Code or a Password because of how fast you can enter it into your phone and get right back to whatever you were doing before the screen timer locked you out in the first place.
Below, is an article by Dave Pell titled , "Buried Under An Avalanche Of Options."Looking back on it now, the first time I truly felt the need for a note-taking app was when I started researching note-taking apps. I was just looking for a simple tool to save ideas about upcoming articles or jot down an occasional to-do list.
Stop. Do not send me your pick for best note-taking app. |
